The chef has created different menus for your event :
We suggest authentic dishes from Lyon with a touch of modernity, such as Lyonnaise-style black pudding from Chalosse, onions with vinegar ; Coddle egg, cep mushrooms and toasted baguette ; Saint-Marcellin cheese from "la mère Richard" and to finish "Marjolaine" chocolate and praline cake, light vanilla custard cream.
Special wine pairings are also in the menus such as for the white wine a Crozes-Hermitage - Les Marelles - G.Robin 2011 and for the red wine a Monthélie - Les Crays - Prunier Bonheur 2009.
