Our menu celebrates traditional cuisine!

Come to enjoy the authentic charm of a real bistro dedicated to the cuisine of Lyon.
Created in 1890, this restaurant full of history has been taken by Alain Ducasse in 2002 and offers a declination of talent and modern interpretation of the Lyonnaise cuisine. Experiment an exceptional culinary journey ! 

On the menu, the pride of the house :  Coddle egg with mushrooms, garlic bread stick ; Sea Scallops in their shell « à la grenobloise » ; Mallard duck, celeriac & celery, grape ; "Marjolaine" chocolate from our Manufacture in Paris and praline cake.

From January, a selection of twenty divine wines will be offered at Aux Lyonnais’ menu at particularly accessible prices. An exceptional opportunity to taste great wines such as Le Vougeot, 1er Cru Les cras Bertagna, 2015.
