Alain Ducasse has decided to entrust Aux Lyonnais to the Dumant family.
Margot and Felix Dumant, along with Kevin Marengo, will carefully preserve the spirit of the establishment, while Alain Ducasse will continue to keep a watchful and supportive eye on the restaurant.
