Antoine Boulin with Gérard Margeon, the chef sommelier of Alain Ducasse restaurants, have elaborated the wine menu with more than a hundred wines references  celebrating the French "terroir". "All winemakers from the vertical axe Lyon-Burgundy Rhone Valley are recognized for their immemorial expertise" says Gérard Margeon. Wine lovers can choose wines enrolled in slates, which can be enjoyed unaware, and will also meet great ones like Bugey Cerdon, traditional methods, or even an unknown rosé sparkling wine.
