Until December, our chef Yann Mastantuono suggests you a comforting dish with an emblematic fall product: chestnuts from Ardèche. Come and share his Jugged wild boar and chestnuts, very tender thanks to a long cooking, tasty thanks to its red wine sauce.
For dessert, try the Apple and granola cookpot, served with homemade vanilla ice cream. Grains are turned into a granola that brings a crunchy touch to delicately poached apples.
