In April, discover the "Fin Gras du Mézenc" at Aux Lyonnais, a meat Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (Certified label of Origin), rarely offered on the menu of Parisian restaurants.

The Fin Gras is a meat that has a unique expertise. The breeding is done in the open air, at an altitude of 1 500 metres, in the heart of the Mézenc mountain range. This is where the hay that makes all the difference, is located, adding an aniseed touch to the meat.

Each piece comes from the Gauthier butcher shop, a family business located in Clermont-Ferrand, specialized in exceptional produce.

Several variations will be proposed depending on the arrival.
